Mike Moore

Mike was the owner and operator of Emerald Realty of San Antonio, LC,  from 1987 to 2019. His company specialized in Commercial Real Estate including management, leasing, sales, and brokerage services.

Mike’s portfolio ranged from 500,000 to 1,000,000 sq.ft. at all times including office, retail, industrial, medical office, and surgery centers, and 10 to 15 properties at any given point.

The company’s track record speaks for itself, having achieved the very high levels of 85-100% tenant occupancy, and 90-95% tenant retention. This level of success, Mike attributes to his “hands on” approach  in management and customer service.

This same approach was key to Mike’s success in tenant finish-out supervision, from the bidding process through to completion.

Mike established long term relationships with his investors/owners for more than 30 years.
